Imbolc is a time of gentle awakening in this deep wintry yin time.  It is a time of planting seeds of intention for what will birth in the spring.  It is a time of emergence and inspiration...a time to tend your inner flame.  Imbolc means "in the belly," so it's a time of bringing those visions that danced in your head from the dreamy winter solstice into your body in order to awaken embodied action.
 
Please note that you DO NOT have to use this just during Imbolc.  If you find yourself in a season of awakening during the summer solstice, for example, and you are desiring some herbal support, this package would be of help.
