All 3 of these herbs are well renowned for their ability to help process grief. In Chinese Medicine, the lungs are the organs that hold grief. During the fall, the season of lungs, it is especially important to learn to grieve, process, and let go of what is no longer serving you. This brings balance to the lungs, easing breathing, leaving you more inspired and purified. You can drink this blend any time of the year, not just the fall. I often find I am processing many things during the winter months as well, and these herbs help with a more easeful process and transition to the other side of grief.
