Once you make your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email.

For TeleHealth, I will be using Zoom.  You will receive a link to our Zoom meeting before our appointment.

 

If you are a new patient, you will receive an additional email with an invitation to fill out the new patient paperwork before your appointment.
