This course weaves together grounded breast health education with embodied practices drawn from somatic, tantric, and Taoist traditions. Through gentle touch, breath, ritual, and awareness, you’ll learn ways to support circulation, reconnect with sensation, and cultivate a more magnetic, heart-centered relationship with your body.

 

Rather than approaching the breasts through fear or pathology alone, Breast Alchemy explores them as organs of vitality, nourishment, and relational intelligence.
