LOTUS:
Living a Jing/Ojas-centered Life
Ayurveda & TCM
1-1 Coaching Package
Living a jing/ojas-centered life is about living in harmony with the natural rhythms of our bodies and each cycle. Cycles include the day, the menstrual cycle (includes peri thru postmenopause), the season of the year, and the season of your life.

Jing (TCM)/Ojas (Ayurveda) are your essence, the densest part of your life force. It is of utmost importance for us to replenish and nourish this finite substance. We want to ensure that your life force energy is flowing freely and not suppressed. That means we need to determine what nourishes you most and to bring that nourishment into you life on a cyclical basis (day, menstrual month, Earth season, life season).

This coaching container is akin to personalized lifestyle medicine through the lenses of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Ayurveda translates to the science of life. Both medicines are 1000s of years old, and Ayurveda is thought to be the root mother medicine of Chinese Medicine.

Feminine Form Medicine
This program is for those who wish to deepen their connection to their body. Too many of us live from the neck up, and our culture is a disembodied one. Therefore, getting out of our heads and returning to our bodies is vital to our health and vibrancy. This program is a descent into your essence (your jing and ojas)--your authentic self to discover what most nourishes you. Ayurveda & TCM provide a roadmap for sacred self care for a nourishing life. I will facilitate discovering with you what nourishes you most. This program is juicy and vibrant as well as vulnerable and evolutionary.
