Love Letters to Dr. Grief
Heartful & artful dispatches from the frontlines of divorce, abuse, motherhood, self-responsibility, longing, and the recalcitrant reality of living in broken systems. Grief is the portal: these letters are the slow, sacred art of coming home to myself.

Mission
Love Letters to Dr. Grief is both chronicle and classroom: a living archive of how grief reshapes the soul, and how joy rises again through the cracks. Through personal letters, mythic reflection, and embodied wisdom, it reveals the hidden anatomy of grief and joy—lungs and heart, descent and return, wound and alchemy.
My mission is to make the unspoken speakable: to educate about covert abuse, domestic violence, and systemic coercion while offering medicine for the heart and lungs of the soul. These letters weave story and teaching together so readers not only witness grief’s raw truth, but also receive tools for healing, clarity, and inspiration.
All Love Letters to Dr. Grief are free to read, because grief belongs to everyone.
For those who want to journey deeper, there are paid subscription options, which open two hidden doors:
-
Descent Craft — guided practices, yantras, and embodied grief rituals that help you metabolize sorrow into soul-wisdom and joy.
-
The Speakeasy Apothecary — a hidden shelf of medicine where grief and taboo truths become potions for healing.

Love Letters to Dr. Grief is an invitation into rare honesty—a place where the taboo becomes teacher, and where grief itself becomes the apothecary, distilling us into fuller embodiment, deeper soul, and truer love.

Pandora’s Panacea is the sister project to Love Letters to Dr. Grief—a survival guide for your soul and also your human. It draws on myth and medicine, shadow and psychology, to give survivors and witnesses alike practical tools and mythic context for navigating abuse, grief, and transformation.
