The Erotic Woman

3 month private mentorship for women who want to understand and tend their sexual wellbeing as part of their whole health.

Together, we'll create a personalized sexual wellness plan based on your body, your history, your desires, and what you actually want your erotic life to become.

The Erotic Woman

Your sexuality doesn't exist separately from the rest of your health.

Desire can change with stress, sleep, nourishment, hormones, medications, relationships, nervous-system state, pelvic health, life stage, body image, pleasure, and how safe and at home you feel in your own body.

And yet sexual wellbeing is often treated as an afterthought.

You're either told everything is "normal," offered a narrowly medical solution, or left to figure it out yourself.

The Erotic Woman is a three-month private mentorship for women who want to understand and tend their sexual wellbeing as part of their whole health.

Together, we'll create a personalized sexual wellness plan based on your body, your history, your desires, and what you actually want your erotic life to become.

Your libido is information.

I think of libido as one of the lost vital signs of women's health. In fact, it's the canary in the coal mine of female physiology. Changes in desire, arousal, lubrication, sensation, pleasure, orgasm, pelvic comfort, and sexual responsiveness can sometimes tell us something about the larger ecology of a woman's life and physiology.

  • Your sexuality can be affected by how well you're sleeping.

  • Whether you're adequately nourished.

  • Stress and nervous-system load.

  • Your menstrual cycle and hormonal transitions.

  • Pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding.

  • Pelvic tension, weakness, pain or disconnection.

  • Medications and health conditions.

  • Relationship dynamics.

  • Body image.

  • Past experiences.

  • Whether the sex you're having is actually pleasurable.

  • Whether you know what you want.

  • Whether you've been given enough room to want anything at all.

Instead of treating sexuality as an isolated problem to "fix," we get curious about what your body is telling us.

What might we explore?

There isn't a standardized Erotic Woman protocol because there isn't a standardized erotic woman.

Depending on your needs and goals, our work might include libido and arousal; pleasure and orgasm; vulvar and vaginal health; pelvic embodiment; yoni egg or pompoir practices when appropriate; sexual confidence and body image; desire and fantasy; nervous-system regulation; communication and intimacy; conscious kink or power dynamics; herbs and nourishment; sleep and stress; menstrual or life stage changes; and practices for developing greater sensation, awareness, and responsiveness.

We might work with something highly practical, such as improving lubrication or rebuilding desire after a period of stress.

Or you might arrive saying: Nothing is particularly wrong. I just know there's more available to me. That's welcome here, too.

Sexual wellness doesn't have to begin with dysfunction. Pleasure is allowed to be a health goal.

An integrative approach to sexual wellness

My work draws from my training and experience across women's health, Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, herbalism, pelvic care, somatics, neuroscience-informed sexuality education, Tantra, Taoist sexual practices, intimacy and relationship work, and conscious kink.

We use what is relevant to you.

You do not need to become a Tantric practitioner, take herbs, use a yoni egg, explore kink, or adopt a particular philosophy about sexuality.

This isn't a predetermined system I'm going to fit you into.

It's a sexual wellness plan built around you.

We may work with physiology.

We may work with sensation.

We may work with habits and practices.

We may work with pleasure.

We may work with the stories you've inherited about what a woman is allowed to want.

Often, we work with several at once.

The container

The Erotic Woman is a focused three-month private mentorship.

It's designed for women who want personalized support around sexuality, pelvic embodiment, pleasure, desire, and sexual wellbeing without necessarily needing the broader scope or longer commitment of my signature mentorship, The Embodied Woman.

Logistics & investment

3 months | 10 sessions

$1,200 (or $400/month for 3 months; or $200/month for 6 months)

At the beginning of our work, we'll clarify where you are now, what you're experiencing, and what you want.

From there, I'll create a personalized direction for our time together. We'll work with practices and recommendations that make sense for your body and life, observe what changes, and refine as we go.

This isn't about achieving somebody else's version of a "good sex life."

It's about developing a deeper relationship with your own sexual wellbeing.

The Erotic Woman may be for you if..

.

  • You might come to this work because your libido has changed.

  • Because pleasure feels harder to access than it once did.

  • Because you want greater sensation or pelvic awareness.

  • Because you're curious about yoni egg work or pompoir and want individualized guidance.

  • Because you want to understand your desire rather than constantly questioning it.

  • Because motherhood, stress, aging, hormonal changes, illness, relationship experiences, or simply life have changed your relationship with sexuality.

  • Because you want to explore fantasy, erotic identity, intimacy, or conscious kink from an embodied perspective.

  • Or because you're perfectly functional and simply think: I want more.

    • More connection.

    • More pleasure.

    • More understanding.

    • More capacity to inhabit this part of myself.

You don't need to be broken to become more erotic.

Sexual health is health.

I don't believe sexuality is the entirety of a woman's vitality. But I do believe it belongs in the conversation.

A woman deserves care that can talk about sleep, nourishment, hormones, stress and pelvic health and also ask how pleasure feels, whether she wants sex, whether she can receive sensation, what turns her on, and what she actually desires.

The Erotic Woman gives us a room to have that conversation.
