Rather than stimulating desire, this apothecary focuses on nervous system capacity: the ability to stay present with sensation, intimacy, and pleasure as they naturally arise. Aphrodisiac herbs come from many different herbal categories e.g. nourishing herbs, adaptogens, nervines, heart openers, etc. Aphrodisiacs are really and truly meant to aid in embodiment, sensuality, and presence. The more we take care of our senses, the more deeply and profoundly present we can be. We become able to hold paradoxes, multiple truths, and the many multitudes within us and outside of us.

​Through a curated collection of herbal allies--rose, oatstraw, blue vervain, red clover, burdock, passionflower, shatavari, and blue lotus--you are invited into a slow, embodied, sensual relationship with pleasure rooted in safety, nourishment, and presence.
