A tea blend to aid in taking a moment to slow down, to pause, to rest, and to be in the present moment. It’s a wonderful tea to take before bed to promote sleep. This will also help with embodying yin. Yin is associated with stillness, rest, slowness, darkness, mystery, etc. By embodying more yin, we can become much more comfortable with being present, being comfortable with the unknown, setting boundaries, slowing down, and balancing being in our bodies versus always being in our heads, in our minds.


Ingredients: Organic Tulsi, Damiana, Passionflower, Skullcap, Lemonbalm, St. John’s Wort


 Instructions: Take 1 tbsp of herbs and pour about 10 oz of hot water over them. Let them steep for 10 mins. Drink and enjoy!
