She of the Sea is inspired by Selkie:  Soul-Plumpening Serum. It is an essential oil roller blend that has scents that remind me of the ocean and of our ability to be our true selves when we choose to be brave. I feel that embodying my authenticity is a practice that waxes and wanes, and the more I am in the practice, the more I take refuge in the practice itself, the easier it is to be in my plumpened authenticity.
